Welcome to Cynthia’s Cleaning Company (“C3,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
Cynthia’s Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Phoenix, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, organization services, and additional add-on services.
All services are subject to availability.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if:
- The condition of the property differs from the original description
- Additional services are requested
- Extra time or labor is required
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cynthia’s Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at any time due to scheduling conflicts, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, access instructions, and service details.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring the cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, if appropriate, provide a touch-up service. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Late or declined payments may result in additional fees.
Recurring Services
Recurring cleaning appointments may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Recurring appointments may be canceled at any time with proper notice.
Pricing for recurring services may change if the condition of the property changes significantly.
Add-On Services
Additional services requested at the time of appointment may result in additional charges.
Examples of add-on services include:
- Inside oven cleaning
- Refrigerator cleaning
- Laundry services
- Interior windows
- Baseboards
- Organization services
- Pressure washing
Client Responsibilities
For safety and efficiency, clients agree to:
- Secure pets during service appointments
- Remove valuables and fragile items
- Provide running water and electricity
- Inform us of any hazards or special cleaning requirements
Cynthia’s Cleaning Company is not responsible for damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items.
Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution to provide careful and professional service, accidents may occasionally occur.
Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Cynthia’s Cleaning Company is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly secured items
- Damage caused by faulty fixtures or materials

Privacy
